Real pixel screen is corresponding to analog screen. To make it simple, real pixel screen refers to the screen in which every luminotron among three luminotrons separately in red, green and blue composed of the display will only be used for imaging one pixel finally to obtain the sufficient brightness. While analog screen refers to the screen making the software algorithms to control the luminotron in every color to finally take part in the imaging of multiple adjacent pixels so as to obtain the larger resolution with fewer modulating tubes and improve the display resolution to four times.
It’s known to all that most of the LED display cost is spent on LED modulating tubes, so it’s one of the objectives for LED display technology to save the costs of modulating tubes for the customers at the same time of not impairing the brightness. While virtualization technology is one of the development trends and virtualization technology is anything but the simple participation for images of modulating tubes, it will greatly impact the brightness and grey-scale. So it requests the cooperation between the control systems and driver chips to make use of the combined response time of software algorithms and driver chips to achieve the purposes of saving the cost of modulating tubes without impairing the brightness.
