Step 1:
Check if the video adapter is set properly, please refer to the electric files in the floppy for the setting methods. Step 2:
Examine the basic connection of system, such as DVI line and grid line socket, the connection between the master card and PCI slot of computer and the connection of serial port lines, etc. please refer to the illustrations for the connection methods carefully.
Step 3:
Examine the computer and LED power system for compliance.
When power supply for the LED screen is insufficient and display color is close to white (indicating too much power consumption), images may flash. Please configure the proper power supply as per the power demand shown on the case.
Step 4:
Check if the green lamp of transfer card flashes regularly, if yes, please see Step 6; if not, please reboot the system. Prior to enter into win98/2k/xp system, please check if the green lamp of transfer card flashes regularly, if yes, please see Step. Please check if DVI line is connected properly. If trouble cannot be removed in this way, then there is something wrong with one of transfer card, video adapter and DVI line, please replace the affected one and then repeat Step 3.
Step 5:
Set as per the instructions of software or set after re-installation of system, till the green lamp of transfer card flashes, otherwise, just repeat Step 3.
Step 6:
check if the green lamp (data lamp) of receiving card flashes synchronously with the green lamp of transfer card. If yes, just continue with Step 8. Check if red lamp (for power) is on, just continue with Step 7 if yes, and check if the yellow lamp (for power protection) if not, and further, check if the power supply is connected adversely or there is no power output. If the said lamp does turn on, just check if the supply voltage is 5V, just power off if yes and take out the switching car and flat cable to try again. If the trouble still exists, the problem lies in the failure of receiving card, just replace the receiving card and repeat Step 6.
Step 7:
Check if the network cable is connected well or is too long (we must use the ultra-grade 5 network cable as the standard, the longest distance of network cable without relay shall be less than 100 meters). Check if the network cable is made by the standard, please refer to the installation an setup of the cable. If the trouble still exists, the problem lies in the failure of receiving card, just replace the receiving card and repeat Step 6.
Step 8:
Check if the power lamp of large screen turns on, just shift to Step 7 if not to check if the defining line of switching car interface matches with the unit.
Caution: After most large screen bodies are connected, some local screen bodies may have no images or spotted images sometimes, it’s cause by the unsecured connection of RJ45 interface of the network cable, or there power supply of receiving card is not connected, so the signals cannot be sent out, please disconnect an connect the network cable (or replace it), or power on the receiving card (pay attention to the directions upon power-on), then the trouble will be removed.
